1.1.5 "Online Store User (the "User")" - a person who accesses the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store's Site.
1.1.6. "Cookies" - is a small piece of data sent by a Web-server and stored on the user's computer, which the Web-client or Web-browser sends each time the Web-server in HTTP-request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP address" - the unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The User's use of the Online Store website means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy the User must stop using the Online Store's website.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL
5.1 Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2. User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, exclusively for the purpose of the User's order, drawn up on the Site of the online store "Molfar's Tent", including the delivery of goods.
5.3 Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of Ukraine only on the grounds and according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Ukraine

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User shall:
6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Website of the online store.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2 Administration of the site is obliged to:
6.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data of User, except for items 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 To block Personal Data, related to the relevant User, from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative, or authorized body on protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The Administration of the Website which failed to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for the losses the User suffers in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except the cases provided by the paragraphs. 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site's Administration is not responsible if this confidential information
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.
7.2.3. has been disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
8.1 Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Internet-shop and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written offer to voluntarily resolve the dispute).
8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be transferred for consideration to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4 The current legislation of Ukraine is applied to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration of the site.
